  • Insulation: flame retardant perfluoroalkoxy/flame retardant polytetrafluoroethylene/flame retardant other fluoroplastics.
  • Core wire: The core wire is twisted into a cable, and the color of the core wire conforms to the preferred color spectrum selection in GB/T5023.1 and JB/T8734.1
  • Color or coded core wire, with 3 or more cores and yellow green dual color wire (optional)
  • Inner lining: using extruded or wrapped non hygroscopic materials; The inner lining layer of the extruded package should not adhere to the insulated wire core, and the inner lining layer of the wrapped package can be double-layer or multi-layer overlapping wrapping. Acrylic acid and sodium p-styrenesulfonate are grafted onto the tetraethylene ethylene copolymer, resulting in high mechanical strength. Moisture sensitive materials are not easily lost under high temperature and high humidity conditions. The moisture sensitive film material with fast response and small wet band makes the sensor have the characteristics of wide humidity measurement range, fast response, and small wet band. Tetrafluoroethylene has high resistivity, low loss factor, low dielectric constant number, and chemical stability. It also has outstanding mechanical properties and extremely low water absorption rate, making it an important electrode material.
