Product Overview
Rubber sheathed welding cable is a highly flexible cable specially designed for the secondary-side connection of welding machines. It is mainly used to connect the welding machine to the electrode holder or the workpiece, transmitting high current at low voltage.
The cable features a multi-stranded fine copper conductor, rubber insulation, and a rubber outer sheath, making it well suited for frequent movement, bending, and harsh welding environments.
Common Types:
- YH: Natural rubber insulated and rubber sheathed welding cable.
- YHF: Rubber insulated and chloroprene rubber sheathed welding cable with enhanced oil resistance and weather resistance.
Cable Structure
- Conductor: Multi-stranded fine annealed copper wires, providing excellent electrical conductivity and flexibility.
- Insulation: Rubber insulation with good heat resistance and aging resistance.
- Sheath: Durable rubber sheath offering abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and mechanical protection.
