Flat Cable

Conductor:

Fine stranded bare copper or tinned copper conductor in accordance with Class 5 flexible conductor standard.

 

Insulation:

High-quality PVC or XLPE insulation providing reliable electrical insulation and heat resistance.

 

Filler:

Parallel core arrangement maintains the flat structure of the cable and improves movement stability.

 

Reinforcement Layer:

Optional steel wire or high-strength textile reinforcement can be added to enhance tensile strength.

 

Outer Sheath:

Durable PVC / PUR / Rubber sheath providing excellent resistance to abrasion, oil, and environmental conditions.
