PVC Sheathed Drag Chain Control Cable is designed for electrical control and conveying systems in industrial automation equipment requiring frequent reciprocating movement. It uses an ultra-fine Class 6 copper conductor, flexible TPE insulation, and a wear-resistant PVC outer sheath to provide reliable performance in demanding moving applications.

With a drag chain service life of approximately 10–15 million cycles, the cable is suitable for high-frequency movement in machinery, automated production lines, conveying equipment, and other industrial systems.

Designed for High-Cycle Drag Chain Applications

The cable is specifically designed for applications involving frequent reciprocating movement. The ultra-fine Class 6 copper conductor and flexible TPE insulation help reduce conductor stress during repeated bending.

The PVC outer sheath provides a low-friction surface and good wear resistance, helping improve cable durability when installed inside drag chains.
