The NH-KVV Fire-Resistant Control Cable is designed for signal transmission, control, and measurement systems that require circuit integrity during fire conditions. The cable uses fire-resistant mica tape and high-quality insulating materials to ensure reliable operation even under extreme fire environments. It maintains circuit continuity for a specified duration, protecting life and property safety in critical facilities.

- Conductor: Annealed copper wire, Class 1 or Class 2 as per GB/T 3956 or IEC 60228
- Insulation: PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) or XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene)
- Fire-Resistant Layer: Mica tape wrapping over the conductor or insulation
- Core Identification: Color-coded or numbered
- Filling: Non-hygroscopic filler to maintain round shape
- Inner Sheath: PVC compound
- Armor (optional): Steel tape or steel wire armor available upon request
- Outer Sheath: Flame-retardant PVC, color: black or as per customer requirement

FAQ
Q: What is a Fire Rated Control Cable?
A: A control cable designed to maintain circuit integrity during a fire, ensuring critical systems continue operating safely.
Q: Where is it commonly used?
A: Used in emergency power systems, fire alarms, safety lighting, control panels, and industrial installations where fire safety is essential.
Q: What are its main construction features?
A: Copper conductors with fire-resistant insulation (such as XLPE, mica, or silicone), sometimes with additional shielding, and an outer fire-resistant sheath.
Q: What are the benefits of fire rated control cables?
A: Maintains electrical continuity during fire, reduces risk of system failure, ensures safety in critical applications, and often produces low smoke and halogen-free gases.
Q: Which countries do you export to?
A: Our products are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
